Regarding the Terrorist's Handbook

The Terrorist's Handbook, once a staple of the alienated set online, disappeared from the net soon after the Oklahoma bombing case.

Why? Perhaps the very real deaths of the bombing victims made people less inclined to use bomb-making recipes as fashion statements. Or perhaps the sense that if the net did not police itself, the senate would do so. At around the same time, the Exon ammendment was being debated - and a U.S. senator (none other than Ted Kennedy) showed a copy of the Handbook as an example of the dreadful things to be found online.
